Business incubators with co-working centers and production & logistics infrastructure will be open until 2020 in all regions of Yakutia as part of the regional program to support local production. The Minister of Investment Development and Entrepreneurship of the region Anton Safronov said this on Monday.
"Last weekend, a municipal business incubator was opened in the village of Nizhny Bestyakh, Megino-Kangalassky ulus. 25 start-ups will accommodate on an area of more than 1 thousand square meters. By the end of the year we plan to increase the number of business incubators to 20, and by 2020, on the instructions of the region's head Egor Borisov, they will open in all districts," the minister said.
Business incubators are equipped with modern equipment and coworking centers. They can also comfortably accommodate small production. Business incubators not only provide infrastructure but also render methodological assistance to burgeoning entrepreneurs.
"Our ministry through the development institutions provides information and educational support to entrepreneurs. There has been developed and maintained a register of local producers, which now includes 164 entrepreneurs who are ready to participate in corporate purchases of large companies," the ministry added.
According to the ministry, in 2017, 248 small and medium-sized businesses received financial support in the amount of 612.3 million rubles, including 58 million rubles from the federal budget.
