4 full-length and short films of different years will be presented to the jury and the audience
Yakut films will be shown at the Skabmagovat International Film Festival, which started on January 24 in Finland. Eleven films about the Sakha people and their culture will be presented to the jury and the audience.
According to producer Sardana Savvina, four full-length films will be shown at the festival – The Lord Eagle, Republic Z, 24 Snow and Mummuttar (Lost) and short films of different years.
Skabmagovat, the International Film Festival of the indigenous peoples of the world, is held from January 24 to 27 in the city of Inari in the Arctic zone of Finland.
