Correction of oil prices brought additional revenue of over one trillion rubles to the Russian budget. This was reported by the State Duma deputy Galina Danchikova at the All-Russian seminar "State Support of Small Forms of Management and Sustainable Development of Rural Territories in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)."
The seminar was launched on June 26 in Yakutsk with the participation of the director of the department for the development of rural areas of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia Vladimir Svezhenets, as well as the heads of ministries and departments from 26 regions of Russia.
According to Svezhenets, numerous guests from other Russian regions came to study the positive experience of Yakutia in developing agricultural consumer supply marketing cooperation.
As a member of the Duma Committee on Budget and Taxes, Galina Danchikova said that this year another 35 billion rubles will be directed to the agribusiness sector from the federal budget. The parliamentarian explained that 25 billion rubles is planned to be allocated for capitalization of Rosselkhozbank, another 10 billion rubles for direct support of agricultural producers. She recalled that the total amount of state support for agriculture in 2017 is 216 billion rubles.
The head of the republic, Egor Borisov, noted that 145 social facilities have been built in rural areas over the past three years, including schools, kindergartens, cultural and medical institutions. Also 248 kilometers of roads, 170 kilometers of water pipes, more than half of private houses are connected to centralized heating. In addition, work is actively being done to improve the settlements. Within five years each settlement receives 5 million rubles from the republican budget for these purposes, reported the press service of the government of the republic and the press service of State Duma deputy Galina Danchikova.
