On October 25, a working meeting of the head of Yakutia Egor Borisov with the company's president Vladimir Bogdanov was held in the Moscow office of OJSC Surgutneftegas. The main topic of the conversation was the implementation of the agreement on cooperation with one of the largest oil and gas enterprises of Russia.
Activity of subsoil users who are developing deposits in the territory of Yakutia is always in the focus of attention of the regional government, and meetings at the level of the first leaders are traditional.
The head of Yakutia was interested in the preliminary results of the work of Surgutneftegaz in 2017, as well as the company's plans for the next year. Egor Borisov received confirmation of positive dynamics in oil production, which serves as a basis for improving the forecast of the socio-economic development of the republic.
Also, it was about the supply of oil for the needs of the republic, the company's participation in the construction of socially significant facilities in preparation for the 100th anniversary of the formation of the Yakut ASSR in 2022.
- We have achieved understanding on all issues. Surgutneftegaz as a socially responsible company always clearly fulfills its obligations; I think it will be the same this time. Vladimir Bogdanov is an experienced leader who thoroughly knows the situation on the ground and always meets us halfway, - said Egor Borisov.
The meeting was attended by Galina Danchikova, a member of the State Duma Committee on Budget and Taxes. The meeting discussed in detail how the current tax system affects the economy of enterprises, especially those that work in oil production, and especially in the Far East.
October 13, 2017, Vladimir Putin approved the list of instructions on the results of the meeting of the Presidium of the State Council of Russia, which was devoted to the issues of complex social and economic development of the regions of the Far East (the event took place on September 6 in Vladivostok).
In the framework of the implementation of this document, rational proposals aimed at improving the efficiency of programs for the advance development of the territories are in demand today. It was in this context that the conversation with the president of OJSC Surgutneftegas was held. In the future, including the results of this discussion, relevant proposals will be formulated for the government of the Russian Federation and the State Duma of the Russian Federation.
