Half a trillion rubles will be added to the planned amount of 1.6 trillion intended for the regions. Additional funds will be spent on social expenditures and environment. This is stated in the draft federal budget of the country with which Izvestia got acquainted.
Most of 2.1 trillion rubles will go to subsidies for the regions for pension and social benefits, almost half a trillion will be spent on job creation and 700 billion rubles can go to the implementation of national projects, which will allow many constituent entities to make an economic breakthrough.
Experts note that most of the national projects have not yet been approved, so there is no understanding how much money they will require.
