Minister of the Russian Federation for Civil Defense, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters Vladimir Puchkov arrived in Yakutsk today.

He is scheduled to fly to Amga district together with the head of the republic Egor Borisov, representatives of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and other officials.
