Yakutia’s Parliament Speaker Pyotr Gogolev held a meeting of the Council of Il Tumen, where organizational issues for the second plenary session of the sixth convocation, which will be held October 18-19, were reviewed, the press service of the State Assembly reports.
The first issue discussed was the draft agenda of the sixth convocation plenary session of Il Tumen. Within its framework, the head of the republic will submit to the parliament of Yakutia candidates for the post of Prime Minister, his first deputies and deputies, as well as heads of ministries whose candidacies are coordinated in Parliament.
There will also be considered six bills in the first reading, including the law of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) on amending the state budget of the republic for the current year and for the planning period of 2019 and 2020. Two bills will be considered in the second reading: “On Amendments to the Code of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) on Administrative Offenses” and “On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) “On Tax Policy.”
The second issue at the council was that parliamentarians discussed the preparation of a draft decree of the State Assembly on changes in the composition of the standing committees and commission of the Yakutia’s Parliament.
